1. The service
We offer international mobile top-ups and related services. Carrier, amount, and country availability may change based on external providers.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your access confidential. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or breach.
3. Payments and balances
Card payments are processed by payment providers. Agents may operate with internal balance under platform rules. Prices are shown before confirmation.
4. Top-ups
Once sent to the provider/carrier, a top-up may be irreversible. Verify the destination number. Delivery times depend on the carrier.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or attempts to compromise our systems or third parties.
6. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, RecargaVantix and Raphael Smart Multi Services LLC are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays caused by carriers or external providers.
